Thursday, April 25, 2024 $47 Advance | $52 Day of Show Doors 7pm | Show 8pm Uli Jon Roth is a German guitarist who became famous for his work with the rock band Scorpions and is one of the earliest contributors to the neoclassical metal genre. As an artist, Uli is a phenomenon and his unique set of artistic talents has gained him an international reputation as a musical visionary and innovator early on in his career. After releasing four studio albums as well as the critically acclaimed live album “Tokyo Tapes” with Scorpions, Uli formed his own band called Electric Sun, which produced three albums each dedicated to a specific individual, those being, Jimi Hendrix, Anwar Sadat, and Martin Luther King. For this show at The Narrows, Uli will perform songs from his time with Scorpions and Electric Sun, along with Hendrix covers and his own solo material for an unforgettable night of music.

The Portuguese guitar is well associated with Fado, and Marta, not forgetting her roots and tradition, risked new sounds and gives her instrument a voice in the world of jazz, world music, and Portuguese music. She takes the Portuguese guitar to the world, and brings the world to the Portuguese guitar, breaking boundaries connecting frontiers.
