FALL RIVER — Mark your calendars.
If food is your love language, then you’re in luck because local restaurants will be cooking up something special to fill your hearts and stomachs this spring.
Fall River Restaurant Week is set to make its appetizing arrival in April, and organizers are teasing its “biggest and best year yet” — for both hungry patrons and the eateries themselves.
What is Fall River Restaurant Week?
Dubbed as a celebration of the city’s diverse food culture, Restaurant Week aims to draw patrons from near and far to explore Fall River’s ever-growing roster of tasty eateries — serving up an array of exclusive menu items — all while supporting small businesses.
Now in its fourth year, Fall River Restaurant Week first launched in 2022 with a dozen participating restaurants, growing to a field of 21 its second year, and then doubling from its humble start to 25 eateries last year, offering a taste of cuisine from around the world.
And Viva Fall River, organizer of the annual event, aims to have an even more impressive 2025 showing.
Fall River Restaurant Week 2025 is slated to take place Friday, April 4, through Sunday, April 13, spanning 10 days and two weekends.

The menu is still tentative as they put out the call this week for restaurants interested in taking part in this culinary journey through the Spindle City.
“This is an incredible chance for restaurants to highlight their signature dishes, attract new customers, and be part of a citywide promotion,” said Patti Rego, executive director of Viva Fall River. “With increased marketing efforts and community engagement, we’re expecting an even larger turnout this year.”
