    Both returning and new members are invited to join us on the third Wednesday of each month for a different kind of book club--one with no required books to read! Instead, everyone can share their own recommendations of a book they're enjoyed recently as we meet for general book chat and afternoon tea. Light refreshments will be served.   • Positive Self Talk Workshop

    Positive self-talk refers to the practice of consciously using optimistic and constructive language when speaking to oneself, either in one's mind or out loud. It involves replacing negative or self-defeating thoughts and innerdialogue with more encouraging, affirming, and empowering statements. Positive self-talk can have a significant impact on one's mental and emotional well-being, as well as their overall outlook on life.
