The City of Fall River, Fall River Redevelopment Authority, and Viva Fall River are thrilled to announce Thomas Norton City Pier Food Truck Fridays! Food Truck Fridays will be held on the last Friday of June, July, and August from 4-8 p.m. at 600 Davol Street. Each month will host a different selection of food trucks.
1st Annual Great Summers Event! Hosted by Boys & Girls Club of Fall River's NextGen Leadership Council. This event will have food trucks, lawn games, live music, beer & wine, and ice cream. We hope to connect the Club's longtime supporters with young professionals looking to get involved with the Club and continue the community's legacy of supporting the youth of Greater Fall River. All proceeds support the general operations of Boys & Girls Club's Camp Welch, ensuring Great Summers for generations to come.
Times: Coggeshall Farm Museum is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Cost: Included with standard daytime admission ($10 for adults, $5 for youth ages 4-17) or with Coggeshall Farm Museum membership or Old Sturbridge Village membership Coggeshall Farm Museum and Capt. Tew’s Company (2nd Rhode Island Regiment) happily present “The Bristol expedition,” August 17-18, 2024 at Coggeshall Farm in Bristol, RI. This will be a weekend-long living history program focused on Rhode Island in 1778 during the British Occupation of the Colony/State. The event will be interpreting the life of Troops and Followers on campaign during the American Revolution. The weekend will include multiple tactical demonstrations, lectures, a fashion show, artillery demonstrations, and domestic life during the American Revolution era.
