Soco Art Labs Artist Networking Event Join us for a fun and artist networking event at SoCo Art Labs in Fall River, MA. This in-person event is a great opportunity for artists of all levels to connect, collaborate, and share ideas. Whether you're a painter, sculptor, photographer, or any other type of artist, this event is for you! Meet fellow artists, exchange tips and tricks, and maybe even find your next creative partner. SoCo Art Labs is the perfect venue for this event. Fall River's first and only artist coworking space, it is located on Globe Street, and provides a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere for artists to come together. Don't miss out on this chance to expand your artistic network and make lasting connections. There is private off street parking in the lot behind the building on King St. Mark your calendar and get ready for a night of creativity and camaraderie at the Soco Art Labs Artist Networking Event! October 5, 2025 Brownie Craft & Tinker and Fling Flyer- Join us at Battleship Cove as we teach you about aerodynamics and how the science of flight has changed over the last 150 years. Girl Scouts will make their own fling flyer and determine if their invention can soar through the skies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create your own catapult and learn about mechanical engineering. Trial, error, and rebuilding are the key lessons to problem solving and crafting solutions! Open to Brownie Girl Scouts. Both the Brownie Craft and Tinker Badge, and the Brownie Mechanical Engineering: Fling Flyer Badge, are included. This does not include touring of the ship as this is an afterhours workshop.
