  • 11th Annual Music of Michael Troy Concert

    Sunday, November 22, 2026 $25 Doors 12pm | Show 1pm This year’s event is the 11th Annual Music of Michael Troy Concert that has served as the fundraiser for the Michael Troy Memorial Music Foundation a 501 C (3) Non Profit Charity. The concert will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2026 at 1PM at the Narrows Center for the Arts.  The 11th Annual Music of Michael Troy presents solo artists, Lisa Bastoni, Johnny Botello, Matt Borello, Joanne Doherty, Sarah Manuels Soupir, Jason Valcourt and Chuck Williams as well as duo's Monica Ambroziak with Louis Leeman, Redfish with Gary Fish and Steve Redfern, Trio of Flying Laureanno Bros. trio with Mike, Tom & Frank Laureanno and the Durfee Quartet featuring Gary Bigelow, Matt Desmarais, Tom Khoury and Jason Newell. The Music of Michael Troy event is organized to carry on Michael's legacy of storytelling through music. Donations will benefit the Michael Troy Scholarship that will be awarded to 2 students that excell in Music, Song Writing or Performance funded by the Michael Troy Memorial Music Foundation. www.folkmichaeltroy.com

    Every two weeks, join the library and several community partners for our community resource day! Organizations will be on hand to provide information and assistance for various community needs such as healthcare, homelessness, immigration, mental health issues, food insecurity, and more. This event is open to all members of the public and no registration is required.

    The Fall River Public Library invites all photography enthusiasts to join our new Photography Group. On the last Wednesday of each month, participants will share their work, provide feedback, and join in open discussion about the wonderful art of photography! A monthly, optional theme will be picked at random to help inspire and prompt our members to make new and exciting work to share each session. Participants are asked to bring in a thumbdrive of their work, with a selection of 5-10 photos, if they intend to share with the group that month. While we gladly accept photographers at all stages of their journeys, the Photography Group does not offer photography lessons. We do encourage our participants to ask questions about photography, and to share tips and tricks they’ve learned with each other. This program is intended for photographers ages 13 and up.

    All women, FREE, exercise group that gathers formally twice a week and informally for walks and other moving activities.  All ages are welcome.  We have participants from ages 9-72 at the moment.  Medications can be made for any scenario.  Simply show up with a Mat and weights if you have them and if you do not have any, we always have spares and can share.  No RSVP needed.  We meet Saturday mornings at 8am on Highland Ave (grassy area toward Stanley Street) and on Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm at BCC on Elsbree St under the solar panel in lot 6.
