Gail Martin, Candy Class sailboat historian, will present an illustrated talk on the creation of the first sailboats made especially for kids. Sporting names like Lollipop and Butterscotch, these Candy Class boats dotted the waterways of Mount Hope and Narragansett Bays for fifty years. Seated lecture, suitable for ages 8+.

Of course, Kane’s career expands well beyond the infamous slasher. Over the last few decades, Hodder has amassed a huge following as a storyteller, prankster, convention favorite, and a down-to-earth icon.
