We welcome Amy Medeiros, Integrative Health Practitioner of ALMWELLCO to the studio to present Sacred Reset: Breath, Rest, Resonance. Experience the power of intentional breathing to support physical and emotional release. This session uses rhythmic breath patterns to increase oxygen flow, stimulate circulation and help clear stagnant energy and emotional blockages. This session is designed to support total mind-body wellness. As the breath deepens, the nervous system begins to regulate, mental clarity improves and the body and mind shift into a state of calm and restoration. This session is perfect for anyone seeking renewal, reset and energetic cleansing. We have everything you need: Bolsters, yoga mats, blankets, blocks, eye pillows. If you have your own yoga mat and blankets, please bring them. Boston Chapter – Spring Walk  Saturday, March 21, 2026 10:00 AM Waterfront (parking behind Duke’s Bakery), 1082 Davol St, Fall River, MA Rain/Snow date: Saturday, April 4 Hosted by the Boston Chapter of American Pilgrims on the Camino and fellow pilgrim Liana Santos. Join us for a city-style Camino walk in Fall River. We’ll meet and park behind Duke’s Bakery on Davol Street (plenty of parking). From there, we’ll set out on a scenic urban pilgrimage through the city, walking along the waterfront and surrounding neighborhoods. Midway, we’ll stop at Barcelos Bakery to refuel with Portuguese coffee, pastries, or sandwiches (optional).
