Local Fall River author Lida Perry will be at the library to talk about and sign copies of her book, “Aging with Joy.” This small personal essay aims to guide women entering then last phase of their lives on a path toward a joyful and satisfying old age. It contains reflections, personal experiences testimonial from women who have embarked on this journey. Quotes by authors relevant to the topics covered, the author aims to guide readers through this process, helping them to deepen their experience and find not only deeper meaning through a new and symbolic reading, but also their own wisdom and legacy. Join us for our 1st time hosting Byobook!!  BYOBook Club — Fall River Edition Join us at The Belmont Club on March 9th at 6PM for a cozy night of reading and connection. Bring whatever book you’re currently reading. No assigned books, no pressure! We’ll read quietly together for one hour, then stick around to chat about what we’re reading, what we’re loving, and inevitably add to our TBR piles. The Belmont is a bar and lounge, so grab a drink if you’d like and feel free to bring your own snacks or food. Come solo. Come with a friend. Just don’t forget your book.
