A charming step back into history, the Old Colony & Fall River Railroad Museum contains an impressive collection of miniature model trains. Founded in 2002, this volunteer run museum offers a captivating glimpse into the rich history of the region’s railroad industry. Explore meticulously restored train cars, vintage locomotives, and authentic artifacts that tell the story of the Old Colony Railroad and its impact on the local community. The display can be thought of as a moving game of ” I Spy”, where visitors can get lost amidst the meticulous details of the miniature towns and buildings that the trains run through

With over 240 feet of tracks to explore, the Old Colony & Fall River Railroad Museum makes a perfect stop for guests of all ages. The Museum is conveniently located in the same building as the Greater Fall River Children’s museum at 441 North Main Street in Fall River.
