Your organization will have the opportunity to fully immerse the cohort in your history, culture, and team, introducing them to career opportunities they did not know existed. Your on-site visit will help build relationships and give them a foot in the door to shadow roles of interest, connect with a mentor, and encourage employment upon graduation.
