Then the Young Adult Comics Club is the place for you! The second Thursday of each month we meet to discuss all things comics - making, thinking, reading, sharing, etc. Share your favorite manga with peers! Show off the comic you’ve been making to other comic artists! Finally start that cool comic idea you’ve been meaning to draw! Learn what comics are all about!!! Each month we will have an optional comic prompt to make and share for the following meeting. Make us some words and pictures!! For teens ages 13 - 18.

    Watercolor Workshop Artist and instructor Lana Quann of The Wandering Brush will guide attendees through painting their own watercolor painting. Beginners are welcome!   • Open Draw for Teens

    Open Draw for Teens

    Open Draw for Teens provides a space in the library every other Saturday for teens to draw and socialize with other creative peers! Every session we will have ample time to free draw, and occasionally will host workshops on paper crafts like making zines, flipbooks, pop-up comics, as well as assorted drawing exercises. Bring your sketchbooks, drawing pads, loose paper, old magazines, your favorite pens and pencils… whatever it is you use to draw! Some basic materials will also be available to use each session. For teens ages 13 - 18.
