Note on Sponsorships:
Dear Community Partners,
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Underage Substance Use Taskforce is soliciting sponsorships in support
of our 5 th Annual Teen Safety Summit which will be held on Wednesday March 25, 2022. Our last in person
summit was held in 2019 so we are thrilled to be hosting this in person event this year. In the 4 years that we
have hosted this summit we have had over 400 participants in attendance. This summit will highlight and bring
education/awareness to many topics that can be harmful to teens such as; opioid use and addiction, underage
drinking, suicide, mental health/wellness, gang violence, healthy relationships, cyber safety and more.
Because the summit is free for all participants the DA’s Office is actively seeking sponsorships to cover various
costs associated with the summit. It is our sincere hope that you share in our vision to address these dangerous,
existing trends among teens. Sponsorships from community partners such as yourself make it possible for us to
continue to put on these free events for youth in our community. I have also attached a copy of the summit
flyer.
Should you have any further questions about the summit, please contact; Deloris Joseph, Teen Safety Summit
Resource Chair, at 508-910-1851 or djoseph@town.dartmouth.ma.us or April C. Funches, Program Manager
