Kripalu Yoga is a gentle, safe practice of physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Classes are designed for all levels and stress the importance of personal safety. This practice is designed to revitalize the body, calm the mind and deepen self-awareness. About the instructor, Karyl Benoit: As a fitness, yoga, health and wellness educator for 30 years, I have a passion for sharing in experiences, discoveries and joy of movement with people of all ages. I feel that through breath awareness and mindful movement, a deeper connection with the wisdom of the body often blooms. Creating a safe, welcoming environment which encourages each person to move in a way that safely honors their body, is my main focus.
