Kripalu Yoga Practice

Kripalu Yoga is a gentle, safe practice of physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Classes are designed for all levels and stress the importance of personal safety. This practice is designed to revitalize the body, calm the mind an deepen self-awareness.
About the instructor, Karyl Benoit:
As a fitness, yoga, health and wellness educator for 30 years, I have a passion for sharing in experiences, discoveries and joy of movement with people of all ages. I feel that through breath awareness and mindful movement, a deeper connection with the wisdom of the body often blooms. Creating a safe, welcoming environment which encourages each person to move in a way that safely honors their body, is my main focus. I invite all participants to dive inside and explore their personal yoga practice.
Class length: 75 minutes
ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE ONLINE. No cash or credit cards will be accepted at the door. All participants will be checked in by name by a member of our staff.
All participants with be socially distanced in this class which is held in our newly renovated multi-purpose room on the second floor. The number of participants will be capped. The new space has ample room for participation, wonderful natural lighting, brand new windows for fresh air and a new HVAC system when needed.
In order to protect you and those around you, you must WEAR A MASK IN ALL COMMUNAL AREAS including entering, exiting and visiting the restrooms.
For the safety of our patrons and staff, we are following all guidance from the Governor’s task force and CDC for COVID-19 regulations.
If you are feeling sick, have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, loss of smell or taste, muscle aches, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, chills, headache, gastrointestinal issues) or if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive to COVID-19, please stay home.
