Fabric Arts Festival is a celebration of art, music, community, and the city of Fall River, Massachusetts. It aims to be a platform for artistic creation through a multidisciplinary program that seeks to create a cultural and communal experience.
At this group art exhibition, FABRIC will explore how food connects us with others, with our past, and with the environment. How does it feel on the tongue? prompts questions about how food and its various forms—be it a dish, a recipe, or an image—impact our bodies, memories, feelings, and thoughts. Set around a table, the exhibition sparks conversations about care, proximity, and the shared knowledge embedded in recipes, plants, and personal stories.
